Refund Policy

This is an unofficial English translation provided for convenience. The Ukrainian-language version published at uatld.com is the original and the only legally binding text; in the event of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

This document is an annex to the Public Offer of Individual Entrepreneur Tereshchuk Andrii Oleksandrovych (hereinafter — the Registrar) and defines the conditions and procedure for refunding funds to the Partner for the Services provided through the Site UATLD.COM.

1. General principle

Services related to domain names are irreversible in nature: from the moment the data are transmitted to the registry of the corresponding domain zone, the Service is deemed to have been fully provided. The registry records the operation, and it is technically impossible to cancel it regardless of the will of the Registrar or the Partner. Funds for Services actually provided are non-refundable. In relations with Partners who are natural persons ordering the Services for their own needs, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to Services fully provided with their consent (transmission of the data to the registry), which corresponds to the nature of such services and the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights».

2. Services without refund

No refund is made for the following Services after they are actually provided: registration of a domain name; renewal (extension) of the registration period; transfer of a domain name; change of Registrant (re-delegation); other additional Services after they are provided. Early deletion of a domain, transfer of a domain to another registrar, the Registrant’s renunciation of a domain, or a change in the Partner’s intentions are not grounds for a refund.

3. Refund of funds from the Balance

Funds that are on the Partner’s personal account ledger Balance and have not been used to pay for Services may be returned to the Partner upon its written application under the following conditions: the Partner has no debt to the Registrar; there are no active orders being processed; the Partner’s identification has been carried out in accordance with section 4. The Balance top-up fee (in particular, the payment gateway fee) is non-refundable.

4. Procedure for submitting an application

The application is submitted to the Registrar’s e-mail address (contacts on the page https://uatld.com) or by another means provided for by the «Procedure for Submitting Applications» section of the Public Offer, and must contain: the name or full personal name; the login or e-mail in the personal account; the amount to be refunded; the details for the refund. Identification depending on the Partner’s status:

5. Time frames

Review of the application — within 3 business days from the moment the complete package of documents is received. Refund of funds — within 5–10 business days from the moment the application is confirmed, depending on the chosen method.

6. Method of refund

The refund is made by the same method by which the payment was made, or to the Partner’s bank/settlement account. Third-party fees (of banks, payment providers), if applicable, are deducted from the refund amount; the Registrar is not liable for such fees.

7. Exceptional cases of refund for Services provided

A refund for Services that have already been paid for is possible solely in the event of a technical error as a result of which the Service was not in fact provided (the data were not transmitted to the registry), or in the event of an excessive debit of funds. In such cases, the corresponding amount is returned to the Partner’s Balance.
